Kevin Acoveno and I am the owner of Computer Doc. I have been happily married to Angela Acoveno since 2002 and we have 2 children Kaitlyn 10 years old and Tyler (mini-me) 8 years old. I have been into computers since I was 12 years old. My parents hated it when I took our electronics apart and couldn’t put them back together. After high school I attended CPCC and got my Computer Engineering Associates Degree. I went to New Horizons and received my MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification. I worked for a few small local computer stores and after receiving many calls asking for a technician to come onsite, I saw a need for onsite computer repair and I started Computer Doc in 1997. I attend Sardis Baptist church and I am part of the tech crew and run the slides on Sunday mornings. Several years ago I took up the hobby of flying remote control airplanes and helicopters. I love traveling and taking weekend trips, so a few months ago I started taking flying lessons and will hopefully have my license soon and will then be able to fly my family on these getaways.

My name is Angela Acoveno, and I’m the Office Manager at Computer Doc. I have worked at Computer Doc since 2004, after working 15 years in the retail field as a Human Resources Manager. I grew up in the Charlotte area and graduated from Wingate University. I have been happily married to Kevin since 2002 and we have 2 beautiful children, Kaitlyn 10, and Tyler 8. We are members of Sardis Baptist Church in Indian Trail, where I volunteer at the Events Coordinator, sing in the choir, and work in Awana’s. I also publish our neighborhood newsletter, which is distributed to more than 1300 homes. As a family we love to travel and have been to all the east coast states, Bahamas, St. Martin, St. Thomas, and St. Lucia. I traveled to Europe in college, so my goal is to someday get back there.
